Tämä on LIV Nordics (Databites Technology Oy) henkilötietolain (10 ja 24 §) ja EU:n yleisen tietosuoja-asetuksen (GDPR) mukainen rekisteri- ja tietosuojaseloste.

Olemme sitoutuneet suojelemaan asiakkaidemme yksityisyyttä ja noudattamaan hyviä tietosuojakäytäntöjä kaikessa toiminnassamme. Tässä tietosuojakäytännössä selitetään, mitä henkilötietoja voimme kerätä sinusta, kun tilaat tuotteitamme tai olet vuorovaikutuksessa kanssamme verkkosivustomme kautta, ja mihin tarkoituksiin voimme käyttää näitä tietoja.

2. Henkilötietojen käsittelyn tarkoitus

Henkilötietoja käsitellään asiakkuuteen ja asiakkuuteen verrattavissa olevaan muuhun asialliseen yhteyteen perustuvan suhteen hoitamiseen, hallinnointiin, kehittämiseen ja analysointiin, mukaan lukien asiakasviestintä, jota voidaan toteuttaa myös sähköisesti.Tietoja ei käytetä automatisoituun päätöksentekoon tai profilointiin.

3. Rekisterin tietosisältö

Rekisteriin tallennettavia tietoja ovat:

4. tiedot asiakkaan tilauksista ja toimituksista

6. markkinointitiedot

8. tilaukseen tarvittavat tiedot(katuosoite, postinumero, postitoimipaikka, maa) Ilman näitä tietoja emme voi käsitellä tai toimittaa tilaustasi.

9. Palveluun kirjautumiseen vaadittavat tunnisteet.

Lisäksi käsittelemme 

1. ostohistoria, tilatut tuotteet ja niiden hinnat

2. päätelaitteiden tunnistetiedot (IP-osoite)

3. verkkokaupan käyttö- ja selaustiedot

4. evästeiden kautta kerättävät tiedot (esimerkiksi mitä kautta asiakas tuli verkkokauppaan)

4. Säännönmukaiset tietolähteet

Rekisteriin tallennettavat tiedot saadaan asiakkaalta mm. www-lomakkeilla lähetetyistä viesteistä, sähköpostitse, puhelimitse, sosiaalisen median palvelujen kautta, sopimuksista, asiakastapaamisista ja muista tilanteista, joissa asiakas luovuttaa tietojaan, kuten esimerkiksi verkkokaupan tilauksen yhteydessä.

EU:n yleisen tietosuoja-asetuksen (GDPR, 2016/679) mukainen tietosuojaseloste. Tietosuojaseloste sisältää myös henkilötietolain (523/1999) 10§:n mukaisen rekisteriselosteen tiedot.

5. Tietojen säännönmukaiset luovutukset ja tietojen siirto EU:n tai ETA:n ulkopuolelle

Luovutamme henkilötietojasi kolmansille osapuolille esim. maksutapahtumissa, toimituksissa ja tietyissä markkinointitarkoituksissa palvelun tuottamiseksi. Tällaisia kolmansia osapuolia ovat Posti, Maksun- ja luotonvälittäjät maksukortilla tai laskulla maksettaessa,kuten Klarna.

Rekisterin tietoja ei luovuteta LIV Nordics (Databites Technology Oy)  ulkopuolelle tai sen yhteistyökumppaneiden omaan käyttöön, paitsi laskutukseen tai perintään liittyvissä asioissa sekä lainsäädännön velvoittaessa.

Tietoja ei siirretä Euroopan unionin jäsenvaltioiden alueen tai Euroopan talousalueen ulkopuolelle, ellei se ole edellä mainittujen henkilötietojen käsittelyn tarkoituksien kannalta tai tietojen käsittelyn teknisen toteuttamisen kannalta tarpeellista, jolloin tietojen siirrossa noudatetaan henkilötietolainsäädännön vaatimuksia.

6. Rekisterin suojauksen periaatteet

Rekisterin käsittelyssä noudatetaan huolellisuutta ja tietojärjestelmien avulla käsiteltävät tiedot suojataan asianmukaisesti. Kun rekisteritietoja säilytetään Internet-palvelimilla, niiden laitteiston fyysisestä ja digitaalisesta tietoturvasta huolehditaan asiaankuuluvasti. Rekisterinpitäjä huolehtii siitä, että tallennettuja tietoja sekä palvelimien käyttöoikeuksia ja muita henkilötietojen turvallisuuden kannalta kriittisiä tietoja käsitellään luottamuksellisesti ja vain niiden työntekijöiden toimesta, joiden työnkuvaan se kuuluu.

Jos henkilötietosi altistuisi tietoturvaloukkaukselle ja se todennäköisesti aiheuttaa riskin oikeuksillesi ja vapauksillesi, ilmoitamme siitä ilman aiheetonta viivytystä.

7. Tarkastusoikeus ja oikeus vaatia tiedon korjaamista

Rekisteröidyllä on henkilötietolain mukainen oikeus tarkastaa, mitä häntä koskevia tietoja rekisteriin on talletettu. Tarkastuspyyntö tulee lähettää rekisteriasioita hoitavalle henkilölle ja sen on oltava kirjallinen ja allekirjoitettu. Tarkastuspyyntö voidaan tehdä myös henkilökohtaisesti rekisterinpitäjän luona. Rekisterinpitäjä voi pyytää tarvittaessa pyynnön esittäjää todistamaan henkilöllisyytensä.

Rekisteröidyllä on oikeus kieltää häntä koskevien tietojen käsittely ja luovuttaminen suoramainontaa, etämyyntiä ja muuta suoramarkkinointia sekä markkina- ja mielipidetutkimuksia varten ottamalla yhteyttä rekisterinpitäjään.

Asiakassuhteen päättyessä asiakkaan tiedot poistetaan rekisteristä heti, kun niiden käsittely ei ole enää tarpeen, mutta viimeistään lain edellyttämän määräajan päätyttyä.

Rekisteröidyllä on oikeus vaatia virheellisen tiedon korjaamista ottamalla yhteys rekisterinpitäjään.

Lisäksi on huomioitavaa, että tietyissä tapauksissa rekisteröidyn oikeuksien toimeenpanoa voi rajoittaa viranomaissäätely/lainsäädäntö joka asettaa vaatimuksia esimerkiksi kirjanpidon tositteiden säilyttämiselle.

8. Miten käytämme evästeitä?

Eväste (Cookie) on pieni tekstitiedosto, jonka selain tallentaa käyttäjän päätelaitteelle. Evästeet sisältävät yksilöllisen tunnisteen, jonka avulla käyttäjiä voidaan tunnistaa. Verkkopalvelumme hyödyntää evästeitä, jotta voimme tarjota palvelumme mahdollisimman käyttäjäystävällisenä ja laadukkaana, sekä kehittää sitä edelleen. Käyttäjää ei voida tunnistaa pelkkien evästeiden avulla.

This is LIV Nordics (Databites Technology Oy) register and data protection statement in accordance with the Personal Data Act (Sections 10 and 24) and the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and to following good data protection practices in all our activities. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we may collect about you when you order our products or interact with us through our website, and the purposes for which we may use such information.

2. Purpose of personal data processing

Personal data is processed for, managing, developing and analyzing the relationship based on the customer and other factual connections comparable to the customer, including customer communication, which can also be carried out electronically.
The information is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.

3. Data content of the register

The information to be recorded in the register is:
The customer's contact information and the information that enables ordering:

1. First name and surname
2. Email
3. Telephone number
4. Delivery information
5. Payment/billing information
6. Information on any marketing authorisations and bans
7. Product reviews
8. Certain information is mandatory to complete your order (name, delivery address,   payment details). Without this information, we cannot process or deliver your order.
9. Identifiers required to log in to the service

In addition, we process the following personal data observed or derived from the use of the service through analytics:

1. Purchase history, including products ordered and their prices
2. Identification of terminal equipment (IP addresses)
3. Online shop usage and browsing data
4. Information collected through cookies (for example, how the customer came to the online store).

4. Regular sources of information

The information to be saved in the register is obtained from the customer, e.g. From messages sent via web forms, by e-mail, by phone, via social media services, contracts, customer meetings and other situations where the customer discloses their information, such as when ordering from an online store.

A privacy notice in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, 2016/679). The Privacy Policy also contains the information of the register description according to Section 10 of the Personal Data Act (523/1999).

5. Regular transfers of data and transfer of data outside the EU or EEA

We share your personal information with third parties for purposes such as payment transactions, deliveries and certain marketing purposes in order to provide a service. Third parties include Posti, payment and credit intermediaries when paying by payment card, such as Klarna.

The information in the register is not disclosed outside of Liv Nordics (Databites Technology Oy) or for the own use of its partners, except in matters related to invoicing or collection and when required by legislation.

Data will not be transferred outside the territory of the member states of the European Union or the European Economic Area, unless it is necessary for the purposes of processing the personal data mentioned above or for the technical implementation of the data processing, in which case the requirements of the personal data legislation are complied with.

 

6. Principles of registry protection

Care is taken when processing the register and the information processed with the help of information systems is properly protected. When registry data is stored on Internet servers, the physical and digital data security of their hardware is taken care of accordingly. The registrar ensures that stored data as well as server access rights and other data critical to the security of personal data are handled confidentially and only by those employees whose job description it is.

If your personal data would be exposed to a security breach and it is likely to pose a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you without undue delay.

7. Right of inspection and right to demand correction of information

According to the Personal Data Act, the registered person has the right to check what information about him/her has been stored in the register. The inspection request must be sent to the person in charge of registry affairs and must be in writing and signed. The inspection request can also be made in person at the registrar's office. If necessary, the registrar may ask the requester to prove his identity.

The registered person has the right to prohibit the processing and disclosure of information about him for direct advertising, distance selling and other direct marketing as well as market and opinion research by contacting the controller.

At the end of the customer relationship, the customer's data is removed from the register as soon as their processing is no longer necessary, but at the latest after the deadline required by law.

The registered person has the right to demand the correction of incorrect information by contacting the controller.

The Finnish Accounting Act imposes obligations on the long-term storage of information. Data relating to your orders (such as supporting documents and invoicing data for the financial period) are kept for six years after the end of the financial period, and data relating to payment transactions are kept for six years after the transaction, in accordance with accounting legislation.

8. How do we use cookies?

A cookie is a small text file that the browser stores on the user's terminal device. Cookies contain a unique identifier that allows users to be identified. Our website uses cookies to provide you with the most user-friendly and high-quality service possible, and to further improve it. Cookies alone do not allow us to identify a user.

When you visit our website for the first time, you will see a cookie banner that allows you to accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can withdraw your consent at any time or edit your cookie settings from the cookie settings on our website. NOTE! If you turn off cookies, you will not be able to benefit from all the features of the website.

9. Changes to the privacy policy

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy due to developments in services and changes in legislation. We will notify you of any significant changes when we update the Terms.
