Ingredients
Acacia fibre, glycine, acerola extract, citric acid, bamboo extract, malic acid, MCT oil powder (coconut), natural lemon flavouring, steviol glycosides, ginger extract, iron (ferrous bisglycinate), beetroot powder, vitamin A (beta-carotene), Lactobacillus rhamnosus, vitamin D3 (lichen), copper glycinate, vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate), vitamin B9 (folic acid), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).
How to Take
• Shake before use.
• Mix one scoop (6g) with 200–250 ml of still cold water, and shake.
How to support iron absorption:
Iron is absorbed best on an empty stomach. Take 1–2 hours before breakfast. If you have a sensitive stomach, take 2–3 hours after a meal instead.
To help iron absorb as well as possible, we recommend keeping around 1–2 hours between taking LIV and consuming the following products:
• calcium and magnesium supplements
• tea and coffee
• calcium-rich dairy products
Tea and coffee contain polyphenols, and the calcium in dairy products may reduce iron absorption.
How to Store:
Store in LIV Jar or keep in the packaging sealed, in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication.
